“We visited Columbus, Ga to ride the river trail. This hotel is directly on the trail so that was convenient. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old building. Our room was lovely, bed was comfortable and shower was awesome. The woman that check us in was wonderful, and gave us a little tour of the hotel. I don’t think I’ve ever had a hotel staff member come out from behind a desk to show us where to find everything.There is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was delicious……

The location was perfect—not too far from Fort Benning, about a 15-20-minute drive. It was close to the river and various dining choices.
