“- Easy transportation: 5 mins walk to metro station (L1) and 15 mins walk to Bernabéu stadium. - Helpful staff - However, the bathroom is too small.”

“It was very nice but we never had any hot water so cold showers a lot. Also we asked to get out sheets cleaned or new towels and it never happened which was very frustrating. Although the apartment is very clean and has all the things you need!”

“It was what I expected for this price, very close to the train station which was the reason for picking this apartment. Also, we as a family needed 4 beds so that was also a reason for chosing it.”

“Beautiful apartment continently located by the metro and bus stops. Only issues was with the check-in and the noise. Beware that they will not call you if you have issues and just want to text back and forth which takes up too much time in an urgent matter. You also have to pick up the key 5 mins away. The walls are paper thin but aside that everything else way thoughtful and perfect. They should provide earplugs as you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and saying.”
