Fantastic house on small exclusive complex in lower Peyia. Approx 1 mile from Coral Bay & beaches & restaurants and around half a mile from Peyia village with shops, bars and restaurants.

The perfect base to explore the rich diversity of the Cypriot west coast. 10k from Paphos with the Unesco heritage site, museums and Roman remains. Close to the sea caves coast leading to the Akamas Peninsula National Park with beautiful secluded beaches and breathtaking views.

Situated in a small exclusive complex of around 25 properties with a communal pool situated in beautiful gardens. The complex is very well maintained with an intimate & convivial atmosphere that will suit holiday makers who enjoy the quiet tasteful tranquility on offer.

The house is set out on three floors and includes:
Ground floor with open plan kitchen area, dining area, lounge area with bed settee and outside patio area with rattan furniture dining area & gas barbecue leading to the communal gardens & pool area.
2nd floor with double master bedroom, 2nd twin bedroom & bathroom.
3rd floor roof garden / sun terrace with seated area on one side and jucuzzi on other. Perfect place to watch sunset over Coral bay and soak up the sun.

The property is well appointed and comes with full air conditioning, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridges & wall-mounted TV, as well as a jucuzzi. Portable sun loungers to take to beach. Also allocated undercover parking.

There are shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance, however hiring a car is recommended as most of time it's too hot to walk and there are are so many beautiful villages and beaches to visit nearby.

Relaxing Time
The property which is situated on a very well maintained small complex is spacious, clean and very well equipped. The pool is only steps away from the downstairs terrace. We would recommend hiring a car, we did walk into the village but it is a long uphill walk. The village itself has some nice places to eat and drink and most amenities. We had a great holiday and would recommend the property.

Excellent Villa in great location
We stayed in this villa for 10 days from 8th to 18th July 2022. The villa is great, it has everything you need for your stay. The facilities are also really good and there is lots to do around the area. We would not hesitate to book again when we return to Cyprus.

Fabulous holiday home
The house was perfect, exactly like the pictures . Very clean and extremely well equipped , even ice in the freezer and basic essentials in the fridge on arrival . Pool area is beautiful, and was never very busy . The gardens were kept immaculate. The only very small downside is the need for a cab most evenings . We did walk into the village , but also enjoyed Coral Bay which required transport , but found a reliable taxi driver . The owner was responsive when we emailed with queries when we were there . We even got a slightly late checkout which was appreciated as we had a later flight home Overall an excellent holiday let , would highly recommend.

One of the best complexes in Paphos
I stayed here from the 15th to the 31st with my two children and may I say the house from John and Helen is beautiful and fully equipped, this was our first visit to Cyprus and they made our holiday very special. A truly amazing property and in a very good location. Great beaches and restaurants close by. A car would be idea. Would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Cyprus.

Lovely stay, not perfect but overall pleasant
Stay was overall pleasant, nice and clean, but I rated down on accuracy of advertised and communication by manager due to booking the property in the winter and booking with knowing the fire was a must and arrived and the wire wasn’t in working order, we were there 10 days and it wasn’t fixed or attempted to be fixed so struggled to stay warm. This was a dissapointment due to the fire being a key reason we booked this property. Other than that the stay was overall pleasant. There was no amenities left either so we did have to go and buy toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets so that also. But would rebook in summer as we wouldn’t have had the need for the fire.

Lovely house to relax in
The property was clean, well equipped & comfortable. I absolutely loved the roof terrace & spent most of the time up there. It is a brilliant vantage point to watch the sunset from. I would define recommend it for both a relaxing holiday but also as a good base for getting out & around the Paphos peninsula

Lovely town house in very pretty complex. Everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. Beautiful sunsets on the roof terrace while enjoying a glass of prosecco in the hot tub, Great communication with john from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great property in a great location!
Fantastic house with amazing views especially from the roof top terrace, very clean and modern with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Communication with John cannot be faulted, he is very friendly and efficient with any inquiries. Close to some amazing restaurants and shops but still quiet enough to enjoy and evening on the patio. Big thank you for our welcome, it was very kind and definitely enjoyed on our first morning. Would highly recommend to others!

Beautiful home away from home
We have never stayed in a holiday home as nice as this before! We arrived and it was perfectly clean and looked lovely. We were also very impressed with the facilities, John had even made sure that highchair and cot were set up, ready to be used for our little one. Everything we needed was there and we truly enjoyed getting into the jacuzzi in the evenings after a long day.

Jacuzzi on the roof terrace added a little luxury in the evenings . Property is well placed - need a car for the beach, and shopping. Set in beautiful grounds - amongst the gardens - lovely patio area to sit out at any time of day - The owners left a nice little welcome pack which was a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Irini Gardens. Well maintained & set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool area, this contemporary villa comes fully equipped for a relaxing holiday. The owners have thought of everything from ice blocks in the freezer to towels for the beach. High spec throughout we particularly loved the fantastic ceiling fans inside and the super comfy patio furniture outside. The villa provides easy access to Coral Bay (we recommend hiring a car) & is literally five minutes from our favourite bar in Peyia...Oniro by the Sea. Result! ☀️😎☀️

Beautiful modern accommodation with everything you could need for a fabulous holiday
We were looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday in the Paphos area and found it at Irini Gardens. The house was spacious and modern with mostly new furniture, including a gorgeous outdoor patio area with a sofa and table. We loved this spot and spent many hours sitting here relaxing, enjoying the beautiful gardens. The pool and sunbeds were immaculate and well kept. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need, including towels, cool bag and umbrella for days out on the beach. The jacuzzi on the roof top was a lovely spot to watch the sun go down. This was a perfect holiday and a few small touches like the food welcome pack just made it a little more special. John, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with throughout the rental process.

Fijn huis met heerlijk dakterras
Mooi schoon huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het was er. Fijn (gedeeld) zwembadje. Het dakterras is echt helemaal top. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep soepel en snel. Informatie over de omgeving en restaurants aanwezig. Je hebt echt een huurauto nodig. Zeker een aanrader!

Toller Urlaub in Irini Gardens
Also die zwei Wochen waren für uns sehr schön. Einfaches Einchecken, da man einen Code für den Schlüssel bekommt. Bei Anreise war Brot, Marmelade, Butter, Milch und Saft für uns bereitgestellt. Danke dafür 🙂 Die Unterkunft war genau, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Für 4 Personen echt perfekt. Der Pool war jeden Tag ein Highlight für uns. Einen Abend hatten wir kurz keinen Strom. Nach einem Anruf kam sofort jemand, sodass dann alles wieder lief. Top 👍🏼 Wir hatten alles vorort, was wir für einen perfekten Urlaub brauchen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir, einen Mietwagen zu nehmen, da man doch einige Kilometer zu den Stränden, Städten und den touristischen Zielen zurücklegt. Bei Fragen, hatten wir schnelle Antwort vom Vermieter bekommen. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen !!!

Ottima collocazione vicino a Paphos e alla penisola di Akamas. Bello il complesso residenziale con are e verdi comuni ben curate e piscina pulita. L'appartamento è accogliente ed accessoriato con tutto quello di cui si può avere necessità durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in a tarda sera senza nessun problema e Jhon ci ha fatto trovare anche la cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare la colazione per la mattina successiva. Sono presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi e funzionanti e la terrazza panoramica permette di godere di una zona relax accogliente con un idromassaggio perfetto dopo una giornata in giro per l'isola.
