"Lovely hotel in an idyllic setting by Lake Lucerne. Only a one night stay on our journey from Italy to Uk which was a shame as the hotel is so good. Nice room, views over the lake, comfortable, clean and a lovely breakfast next morning. Good selection of continental breakfast plus scrambled egg or boiled eggs. Coffee machine provided the best cappucino ever. We arrived too late in the evening to use the restaurant but it looked lovely .Reception team are excellent too so friendly & efficient. We will definitely visit again. Good parking too"

"The check in staffs was awesome. Loved the upgrade, loved the balcony lake & mountain view and my kids did too. The coffee and fruits availability. (24 hours) Dinner, the meals are delicious 😋 cost (you worry too much) more on the outside. Thank you Mr. Flores."

"위치가 헬이긴 해요... 예전에 그린델발트 왔을 때는 융프라우 롯지 크리스탈에 묵었었는데 거기 뷰랑 위치가 더 좋았던 것 같아서 다음에 또 오게 된다면 그 근처로 갈 것 같습니다. 203호 배정받았는데 코너방이어서 ㄱ자 발코니를 쓸 수 있었고 방이 너무 넓고 인테리어도 예뻤습니다. 이 호텔에서 본 산 북벽 뷰도 예쁘긴 했지만 서두에 적은 것처럼 융프라우 롯지 크리스탈에서 산 벽 일부와 드문드문 집 있는 마을을 함께 봤던 것이 더 예뻤던 것 같아요. 조식은 좋은데, 스크램블 에그는 타이밍을 잘못 맞추면 먹을 수 없고(콩알만큼 남아있어서 제가 다 뜨고나니 바닥났는데 냄비를 가져가시곤 30분 넘게 다시 가져오지 않으셔서 더 먹지 못함..) 10시까지 제공이라고 하는데 9시에 갔더니 과일샐러드 등은 이미 다 떨어졌고 보충 안해주시더라구요. 가능한 일찍 가시는 걸 추천해요."

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Engleberg so worth the detour we took to go there. The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property. "

"The owners who are mom and son are just the angels of the place. They go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and not go hungry. The property is awesome and the bar though small had all the goodies one needs. The Son is a true human being. We reached late and the dining was closed for the night. Even then he made sure that we got something to eat and made some fries and bread with butter and treated us to a very local peach schnapps to top the experience. The Mom is an excellent chef and you do not want to miss her homestyle cooking."

"Great hotel super easy parking for even with a large SUV. The facilities are excellent great pool and sauna. The breakfast was first rate. We stayed one night but this would be a great base for a ski holiday. The hotel is situated in a new development although we didn’t notice any noise from construction. There were three or four dining options on the doorstep but we chose to walk the ten minutes into the old town where there were a dozen or more places to choose from. "

"What a great place! Lungern is a nice, quiet town with a beautiful lake. Emma’s B&B is up on the hillside by the train station. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant and had a range of options. Would definitely recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We mainly wanted to explore Mount Titlis and this hotel is a 10 minute walk from there. The hotel has really beautiful views of the mountains. The restaurant and breakfast they have was also quite good! The hotel also has a lot of restaurants and bars around. The are also plenty of shops around. Caroline helped us out a lot during our stay and if it wasn’t for her, we would have a much more difficult time during our stay! "

"We had a fabulous stay in the Stanserhorn Room from June 20 -25, 2025. The room was large, comfortable, with a balcony and spectacular lake views. The bathroom was modern. Staff was friendly and competent. Breakfast was decent, drinks were lovely, dinner was good too. 2 items for consideration: - Please consider adding warm steel cut oats (preferably with milk and berries) to your breakfast offerings for those of us who are vegan / lacto-vegetarian. - Please consider providing some sort of storage space in the shower area for additional toiletries and / or clothes. - "

"Absolutely stunning views from room and restaurant. I stayed in the Naturhus, and my room was a little dated, but I was there for the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. If you want a more updated room, choose one in the main building. "
