Beach Retreat in Perdido Key, Florida

Please note: No Pool on site. The condo is located across the street from the beach.

Public beach is 0.3 miles away. A crosswalk is located in front of the complex to the beach access. In close proximity to the Johnson's Beach entrance. (Less than a mile)

This is a second floor unit with 10-foot-high ceilings and is just under 1000sqft. A back patio is accessible from 2 bedrooms in the back of the condo. There are stairs located on either side of the building and an elevator in the middle of the building. There is a rinse off shower located on the right side of the building.

A Ring doorbell is installed on the front door for secuirty purposes.
Pack a beach towel, sunscreen, and your floaties for a sunshine- and water-filled stay at Villagio. This Perdido Key condo is located near three different public beach access points. Spend your afternoons playing on our white sandy beaches and cooling off in the emerald green water. Many days of relaxing by the Gulf are waiting!

This condo stands on the second story with a private balcony. Features a fully equipped kitchen and on site laundry. Located inside The Villagio shopping complex. Enjoy a latte from the café while you browse the souvenir shops, boutiques or relax in the nail salon. Or have a cool treat in the ice cream shop after a long day at the beach! Villagio also offers a wide range of restaurants to choose from.


The sights near Perdido Key are spectacular thanks to its location in-between Pensacola Beach, Florida and Orange Beach, Alabama. Be sure to venture out and explore the Flora-Bama area. Hop on a charter boat for an exciting day of deep sea fishing. Or, brush up on your history at the Pensacola Light House and the National Naval Aviation Museum.

The place was great very very clean I would definitely stay here again. Amanda was the best she messaged me and always kept in touch giving us great information on where to eat and things to do in case of rain . Love that we could walk across the road to the beach or go to Johnson beach which we liked a lot . Paula pizza there in the complex was delicious! Ice cream was great , felt very safe in the complex as well. The shops there in the complex were reasonably price on there merchandise. We loved everything.

Awesome Property and Owner
The owner, Amanda, was amazing and the property was perfect! She was very accommodating and was always available when we needed help or had questions. The property was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The complex was warm, inviting and had a fun atmosphere. At night it was very calm and quiet. The kitchen had an abundance of appliances and all the dishes a family would need. There were also plenty of linens, including beach towels, for two bathrooms and the three bedrooms. Excellent for families and we would definitely stay here again!

Good central location
A very comfortable 2nd floor 3 br condo. ALL of the bedrooms plus the LR have TVs with cable. Wifi is super quick. Not on the beach, but in a good central location on Perdido Key, everything is nearby. Communication with the owner couldnt have been better, a very pleasant and helpful lady. We really enjoyed this one!

Great Stay
This apartment was a wonderful place to stay at Perdido Key. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. It is in a shopping complex with restaurants and some other businesses, but we didn’t really notice much noise. The apartment isn’t right on the beach, and you can’t just go across the street to access the beach, but it isn’t far to the public access point (you can walk it if you want). Amanda was a great host. We had a slight problem figuring out how to get into the apartment, and she was really fast in responding. She also gave us great suggestions and information on things going on in the area during our visit.

This was a last minute booking for a business engagement in Orange Beach. Booking process was quick and efficient. Although tucked into a small mall complex, this place was clean as a pin and quiet as a mouse. It gave me easy access to the Perdido Key Resort where I had a convention as well as the Perdido Key Sports Bar (my favorite dive in the area). Had a slight issue with the lock (after going to the sports bar) but Amanda responded immediately and got me back inside where I was safe :)

Great stay!
We loved staying at this condo for a quick beach trip. It was in a great location - above offices, and we could walk to the Breakfast Club (delicious!) and the Jellyfish (so good!), as well as ice cream, souvenirs, and an art gallery. The condo itself is located where it was quieter. I really enjoyed that the front of the condo looked out onto all the activity, but the back of the condo (with the porch stretching the width of the place) looked out on the woods, and it was surprisingly peaceful and felt private. We were also just minutes from several beach access points. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Amanda was a great host who was very responsive. If we’re ever in the area again, we would definitely rebook.

Amanda was amazing!! She was super responsive, let us in early, and offered great suggestions for the beach. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurant and shopping options right outside of the condo. Quick walk across the street to beach or short drive to friendly private beach. We highly recommend.

The best host I have ever had!
Not only was the apartment clean and had plenty of space, it’s located a very short walk to the beach. The location is perfect - short car rides to some beautiful national parks where you can kayak and explore nature . We all had a great time and Amanda was the most accommodating and responded in such a timely manner! I cannot express enough just how much of an amazing host Amanda is! We will definitely be returning here! Location, condo, and host all get 10 stars from us!

Amazing host and stay
To say Amanda was an excellent host is an understatement. She treated us like we were family and went above and beyond to help us with anything. My kids even got stuck inside a tennis court (don’t ask, lol) and from far away, over the phone, she solved the issue within minutes. The condo was perfect for my family. It’s not in some fancy high rise, but we liked it better than if it was. Very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. It sits above a strip mall full of shops and restaurants. We could order dinner then run down and pick it up. And, the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. The trip was perfect all around and would highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything, Amanda! Can’t wait to return.:)
