When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.”

The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat.
