“Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink ”

“The rooms were phenomenal. They were historic, gorgeously decorated with beautiful period pieces. One felt like an old bourgeois couple from a century ago. The shared spaces were absolutely marvelous, like stepping back in time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. This is a true gem of a hotel that gives you an unforgettable experience and it is located very near the old town and most things you will likely visit. Highly recommended. “La habitación cómoda como para un par de días, el desayuno estuvo bien, no muy variado pero cumplió el propósito, lo negativo fue q del baño a veces salía olor a desagüe, sobre todo la última noche, tuvimos q dormir con las ventanas abiertas, la recepcionista muy amable y simpática ”

“La junior suite est très confortable, spacieuse et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Le bar et le restaurant sont top comme le personnel. Le spa est petit mais super agréable avec une piscine et des jets multiples ainsi que sauna hamman et salle de sport. Cet hôtel à dimension humaine est très cosy et nous y reviendrons volontiers. ”

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes.”
