Upstairs: one bedroom (1 80x190cm bed, two 80x200cm beds that can be combined to form a queen-size bed), another bedroom (1 80x200cm bed) with a private bathroom with shower, a separate bathroom with shower, and a toilet. - Cottage 22G122095 (sleeps 2) is located on the garden level of this house. On the ground floor, it includes: kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom (1 queen-size bed), bathroom with shower, and toilet. Gite 22G122095 has a ceiling height of 2 m. - Outside: Private enclosed garden of 1300 m². Private storage area of 5 m² for storing your bicycles, water sports equipment, or other items. - Parking: At the entrance to the property, in a private courtyard (100 m²) There are places you wouldn't want to leave.
