Enjoy a modern, cozy private room in a newly built 4x2 home, ideal for travellers, FIFO workers, students or short stays. Your room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, fresh linen, plants, soft lighting and wardrobe storage. The bathroom is directly opposite your room and is shared only with myself when I’m home, otherwise it’s entirely private. Guests have access to the full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry and a relaxing outdoor patio surrounded by plants and fixed shade.

The home is peaceful, clean and welcoming, with a friendly house dog (Simba) who you may meet during your stay. Located in Beechboro, the property is close to Perth Airport, Caversham Wildlife Park, Swan Valley wineries and breweries, plus plenty of shops, cafés & supermarkets. Frequent bus routes connect you to major train stations, making it easy to explore Perth without a car. Free on-site parking and fast WiFi included.
