"Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent.
1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning.
2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect."
