o hotel é bem limpo, organizado. O quarto é bem amplo. O que peca é que tem uma linha férrea muito próxima ao hotel e o trem não se furta a usar buzina, nem na madrugada. Nem tem isolamento que abafe isso.

O quarto era amplo e bem limpo. O isolamento acústico estava funcionando bem até a passagem da locomotiva, que passa em vários horários, inclusive na madrugada. Devido a proximidade da linha férrea realmente não creio que exista isolamento que dê conta disso. De regra foi uma hospedagem sarisfatória.

Cheguei no hotel apenas uma atendente, demorou bastante, cheguei na porta do quarto não abriu, voltei na recepção para validar o cartão. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã foi péssimo, tivemos que chamar a copeira para repor suco, pão de queijo demorou bastante, frutas não fomos atendendidos. Já fiquei neste hotel e desta vez a qualidade do serviço estava questionável.

Para quem nunca foi o barulho do trem é realmente alto e incomoda, o quarto é honesto pelo valor, poderia melhorar nos amenities de banho que estavam diluídos. O chuveiro é mto bom, a cama não é tão confortável para hotel, o quarto precisava de manutenção de conservação. O atendimento da equipe é mto boa, o quarto estava razoavelmente limpo, o café da manhã é abaixo de regular. Os espaços em comum são bem conservados e pensados. O estacionamento é cobrado mas tem bastante vagas.

Viagem para corrida em Sebollas - FORGE TRAIL RUN

Atendeu muito bem ao propósito da nossa viagem, que foi ficar próximo a corrida Forge Trail Run em Sebollas, pude voltar depois da corrida e tomar banho para voltar ao Rio, mesmo após o encerramento da diária as 12 horas de sábado, o que me ajudou muito a voltar bem para o RJ. Acomodações muito confortáveis e o preço excelente, localização ótima perto de tudo em três rio

Péssima escolha!

Não sei como que investem na instalação de um hotel numa região tão ruim. Todos os quartos, sem excessão, são atormentados pela linha do trem. E que trem!!! O trem passa toda hora, dia, noite, de madrugada! Você vai sentir o barulho do trem dentro da sua cabeça, ele invade o seu sono e seu momento de repouso e quando vc mesmo imagina: vem o trem de novo. Foi uma péssima escolha e eu espero não errar de novo!

Hotel bom, mas p quem conhece a qualidade Ibis estranha, falta segurança, a garagem é aberta o tempo todo, qualquer um entra e o único mecanismo de segurança que seria no elevador p os quartos não funciona, não precisa colocar o cartão p subir p nenhum andar, achei bem inseguro. Fora o tem que passa a noite toda apitando, peçam quartos altos e na frente.
