Our family of 4 spent 1 night @ OKANA. We arrived @ noon & stored our luggage @ the concierge desk while we went to enjoy the indoor & outdoor waterparks til our room is ready @ 4pm. I only gave 4/5 stars bc our bathroom only has a light sensor so when we're taking a shower the light will turn off on its own. You'll need someone to wave their hand on the light sensor to turn it on. Also there's a complimentary parking but it's limited spaces if not there have a covered parking garage for $15/night. Overall, it's a fun place for families w/ kids & it's also fun for adults since OKANA has a 21+ only pool & bar.

I dont have anything negative to say. Everything was great. The staff was so nice and pleasant and friendly. We had a great time there. The hotel is beautiful.
