Im here stationed at the Air Force base, and when i checked into the hotel, I specifically told them i needed the government rate for the hotel stay. They promised me I was getting the government rate. Three days into my stay, i learned in a briefing what the government rate is for that hotel, and found out they directly lied to my face. In fact i was paying full price.

This place seemed very understaffed. People were nice enough WHEN you could find them... And they ran out of towels at the pool, at which point we were told there were no more towels to be had... period. Not good. Additionally, the heat and air took a while to get going. The pool was nice and hot but the hot tub was actually frigid, even when it was left on for a while. Needs more staff to keep up with things.

We had a suite which was dated & the bathtub had the appearance of uncleanliness however I think it was mostly from being old and stained. Housekeeping was rude and unfriendly. We asked for fresh towels and toilet paper and to remove the old towels. That’s all for a 3 week stay. The woman was clearly annoyed even though we offered to take the old towels to wherever she wanted them. The indoor pool area was absolutely gross! As I walked around the pool someone else’s hair stuck to my feet! The lower windows were left open and it smelled like stray cats urinated in the pool area. There were mosquitoes that literally ate us up! Bugs in the pool. The hot water was lower than the jets and looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The staff very rarely greeted us when going in and out and seemed “put out” when asked a question. I never leave reviews but this place was such a disappointment and it wasn’t inexpensive especially for Enid, OK. There are some other options, I would seek them out before staying here again!

Flooded hotel still lending wet rooms

This hotel's top floor, where there were rooms left, had been flooded, but the hotel was still using the rooms. The whole floor smelled moldy and there were box fans in the hall. The first room they sent me to was being worked on with equipment in room and not set up. The only other room available, also on that floor, was very smelly and damp. I decided not to stay there, and think it is not okay for a hotel with such extensive damage should be still using rooms needing drying and cleaning!

Downhill from last stay

Room was probably not swept before we got there since there were several kids toys in the floor. 10pm lobby carpet cleaning was noisy, followed by music blasted on at 7 am in the outdoor drive up area outside our window. Those were annoying but the one thing that will make me reconsider returning here is the staff that greeted us (not) when we arrived for check in and the following night to ask a question about checkout. Ignored us as we stood at the desk until I finally said excuse me… then acted like we were a bother to need service.
