Also, mattress had a big hole toward the middle. Seemed like time for a new mattress. (534 reviews) Everything was fine, but the check in process. Asked for early check in, which wasn't available, which is ok. But then waited in line to be told at 4pm (check in time) our room was still not available. At 4:20 after waiting in a long line again, with all of our belongings, was told how lucky we were that our room was available now.. The front desk lady said it 3 times that we were so lucky our room was ready- after our check in time. I have never experienced anything like that before. They were very busy, but we pay a fortune for a room we don't even stay in a full 24 hours and I just wanted time to change and freshen up and relax before our event and barely had any time to do so..
