"They gave my.room away and gave me a tiny dirty, smelly room without even hangers, tv remote control and hot water on the first day and said they have no other rooms.i had to sleep on some comforters on the floor! "It was nice that I was able to check in even tho I arrived so late. Other than that it wasn't the best of experiences. To take a shower I had to sit on the side of the tub. I am 6'2" but that still wasn't cool. There was dirt and trash behind the tv stand that had to have been years old. The tub had moldy caulking and the bathroom sink leaked. "This place is amazing! It's an oasis right behind the Royal Palace. We would come from a hot day of touring to relax by the beautiful pool. The food was beyond excellent! The pool food was good - especially the pumpkin soup. But is the main restaurant that is outstanding. We had plans to go to other places throughout the week, but ended up going there several times instead because it was so good and the selection broad so we can eat different things each time. The front desk people were really outstanding, friendly and helpful. Hotel is perfect location by the sites that we were most interested in. Overall, it is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. "
