“Top-notch 5-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. It felt really nice to be able to rest and enjoy at the hotel after a long, sweaty day in Phnom Penh. I opted for executive lounge access. The light food and cocktails were delicious.
