Bait and Switch

We rented the house for a two week stay during a work trip. We found out when we arrived that the washer and dryer shown as an amenity was locked up. When I requested the closet be unlocked I was denied. Access to laundry was one of the reasons I chose this house, having to go to a laundromat was NOT a pleasant experience. Absolute deal breaker in my book.The other complaints were, we were denied access to the street garbage cans, so could not take our trash out to the curb for two weeks. The guest room closet was locked so my co worker had to hang her work clothes in another closet for two weeks.The
