The entire home and all its amenities are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Check in is a breeze with a keyless smart lock — your personal code will be sent before arrival, so there's no waiting around. The pool is heated to 85°F from October through April at no cost to you. During rare cold snaps (below 40°F), the temperature may dip slightly — but Arizona winters are mild, so this almost never happens.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms: a king master suite with soaring vaulted ceilings, and two queen bedrooms — all tastefully decorated with a cohesive modern palette. The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly to the covered patio and outdoor kitchen, making it ideal for entertaining or evening meals under the Arizona sky. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for any meal. You'll also find in-home laundry, a 2-car garage, and dedicated driveway parking. Pets stay free, and pool heating is complimentary!

Getting around from this home is quick and convenient. You're located just minutes from major highways, including AZ-101 (Loop 101) and State Route 51, providing seamless access to Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and surrounding areas. Whether you're headed to upscale shopping centers, top-rated restaurants, local hiking trails, or golf courses, you'll find most destinations are within a 10 to 20-minute drive.

While a car is recommended for maximum flexibility, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area and typically arrive within minutes. For guests traveling with RVs, there's ample space for parking on-site, in addition to a two-car garage and private driveway.

Public transportation, including Valley Metro bus routes, is accessible nearby, though most guests prefer to drive for ease and speed. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about 20 to 25 minutes away, making arrivals and departures stress-free.

-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.

-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.

-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund. No parties.

-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of between $200-$500 will be assessed to you, IF excessive pet hair or pet damage is found.

-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Our pool is heated and maintained at a comfortable 85°F (29°C) from November through April at no additional cost to guests. Please note that the pool heater operates most efficiently when the outdoor temperature remains above 49°F. During especially cold days or nights, if the temperature dips below this threshold, the pool may not reach or maintain the full 85°F temperature despite the heater being on. We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking the local forecast to plan your swim times for the warmest parts of the day.
