Be warned

I booked two rooms they only gave one room I had to book another hotel 15km away for my friend . Breakfast. Disgusting food. Should be ashamed calling it American breakfast 4 slices salami over oiled egg cooked and 2 cold toast. Charge you for asking for water. Not 4 star , not even 2 star.

Værelset var ok. Med mikroovn. Men ikke meget til at spise med og af. Kun en pande. Ingen udsigt. Ingen restaurant eller bar. Ingen spisesteder i nærheden Lille pool og kun 5 solsenge. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme.

Terrible - no sleep

No one spoke English, the power went out in the middle of the night and a generator light went on and would not turn off so we had to sleep with the bright light on. Woke up with many bug bites which we didn't get at other hotels in Phuket. Extremely uncomfortable beds and the food was not edible. I don't understand how this was a 4 star hotel..... false advertising. It was more like a college dorm with bad power and bugs.

Hotel très eloigner de la ville et des plages.

L'hotel est toute neuf, mais l'emplacement et les indications pour y arriver est très difficile, les taxis ont eu besoin de rappeler pour en trouver.
