Hotel facilities are nice just had some problems with my room. The carpet in the room was filthy. Room had a smoke odor to it. Front desk reception said there was no smoking in the hotel. Someone clearly smoked in there before my stay but hotel was not willing to help with this issue dispute being told they had plenty of rooms at check-in.
