From the sea views to watch the kite surfers do their thing to the exceptional service. We decided to have a meal at the restaurant and I wanted to be daring. Instead of the usual tacos because hey it's Mexico, I went with the Thai chicken and it did NOT disappoint. I'm glad the room has a fridge to keep my leftovers. My wife is……
