Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. In addition, two supermarkets are not far away. Bed was king size made up of two singles put together which is common practice needed thicker padding underneath as could feel the join and other aspects like heated sheet element. The surf and turf offered at restaurant is fantastic!
