“Location was in the middle of the ZTL in Pienza which means you get to walk out of your room into the middle of the touristy part of the city with no cars to really worry about most of the time. Parking was about a 10 min walk away so it wasn't too bag to walk with bags. Cute suite we had with a kitchen and dining room. Had A/C in all rooms but we only used the one in the bedroom. Cute and convenient accommodation in a great location.”

“Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das einzigste was etwas negativ rüber kam, war das man die Klimaanlage nur 5 Stunden pro Tag gratis nutzen durfte. Jede weitere Stunde musste bezahlt werden. Bei den jetzigen Temperaturen, deutlich über 30 Grad ist es schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zumal der Preis für die Übernachtung das eigentlich hergeben sollte. Vielleicht sollte man es geschickter mit einkalkulieren. Ansonsten können wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall……

“A fantastic place to either chill, or explore Tuscany. In the states we would say the views around the property are “million dollar”. Ana is the best host! Greeting you each morning with a home made breakfast that will start your day off right. She provided loads of information about the area for sightseeing. To take advantage of this property you will need a car.”

“Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when……

“Very nice property and easily walkable to all of Pienza. It was also a convenient base to explore the Tuscany region. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. A lot of restaurants and shopping in less than a 5 minute walk. The photos of the apartment were accurate. I would add to the property description that parking is not at the property but public parking is nearby (for clarity).Overall, I was happy with my stay.”
