Complete resort for couples or families, with 5 pools, restaurants, bars, spa, beach games, and a fitness center. Grounds were immaculate. Loved that they provided a water bottle upon check-in and that there were multiple water filling stations throughout resort. Close to Marathon for added shopping and restaurants and ~1 hour from Key West.”

“We booked a room here and arrived to find that the bathroom and shower are fully outside, open to the elements. This is not something that is made clear in the listing where it should be — upfront, before you book. We had no choice but to leave and book another place at our own expense. Looking at other reviews, we are clearly not alone. This keeps happening to guests, and the owner shows no interest in fixing the actual problem — which is the listing. Instead, when guests complain, out come……

“This hotel was a good place to lay your head. It seems like most folks come here to just lay their head because their main goal is to go fishing. The amenities themselves were pretty cool. The pool is nice (I wish the pool bar was actually operating), and the paradise bar place has fun games and a beautiful view. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. It was just the frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, little bites muffins, and chobani yogurt (which was a bit concerning because……

“We only spent the night there. The thing that made my stay really bad was the theft of my jewelry that I left by accident. You see, we were heading to key west for a snorkeling trip so I took off my gold Hoop earrings, a gold rope chain with a gold and diamond cross, a gold box chain with a gold dolphin pendant and a gold Hilton Head Island map pendant, a gold bangle bracelet and a gold Anklet. I left them on the nightstand and didn't realize they were missing until we got back to Cocoa Beach……

“Beautiful location We had 3br townhouse. Deck on the water. Room and bathroom clean.”

“Alot could be down with the property but isn't. Our fiart issue was the door not looking. It is a large older space that the looks of the inside makes you feel like there should be bugs but we never did see any. We did however sleep with the cooler in front of the door despite my husband having gottwn his tools out and fixing the lock himself.”

“Unfortunately, the whole time we were here we were ready to not be in the room because of the state of it. It had very clearly not been swept or mopped out in the bedroom and bathroom area (there was hair and food pieces all over the floor) and they forgot to leave us towels and soap. I think there wasn’t soap or towels because the room hadn’t been actually cleaned yet. The air conditioning was fantastic and parking right outside the room is nice. These are the only positive things I can say……
