“we booked two rooms, the room in the first floor is worse, the room in the second floor is better.”

“Stay away. Rooms are gross and moldy. Door handle didn’t lock correctly. Horrible experience. Would not recommend. Only tiki bar in keys that doesn’t have a blender. Not a resort at all. Old crappy property that’s is incredibly over priced. Check out banana bay or captain pips.”

“Was it the end of the winter season? I called to let reception know taht i would be a day late, and they lost it; but a reception clerk said he'd give us an "upgrade." We needed to delay room cleaning one day, and then went several without any tidying up or cleaning. But the bar and restaurant staff were more on top of things, and cheerful.”
