"The Meadowbrook feels like it’s isolated but surprisingly it’s only steps from downtown! If you drive the other way you are on a central road to the rest of the area. The rooms are large, fresh and lovingly renovated (bathrooms not so much but perfectly adequate). The complimentary breakfast was homemade and delicious with an excellent variety of choices - really surpassed expectations. The only negative was that our AC (Room 304) was intermittently noisy - luckily I travel with noise cancelling ear pods. We were in the corner room and not sure if all rooms had this issue. Good value for our stay. "
"Booking and check in were easy. We got upgraded to a King Suite which had a lovely amount of room. It was quiet and staff was really friendly. We enjoyed our stay. "

"There were some “shady” looking folks hanging around after hours. Another guest reported smelling drugs being burned/smoked in the back parking lot. "
