"This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious room and king sized bed. Smart tv was a plus."
"We were a little nervous booking a listing with no reviews but were reassured when we saw that it was being managed by Sitka Travel who have an excellent reputation and we were certainly pleased with their management. Any questions/concerns we had were responded to immediately and with complete professionalism. The home was beautiful and as it appears in the pictures. This is a two level home with two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and family/TV/fireplace room downstairs. The main level (upstairs) includes the master bedroom/bath, living room, kitchen, dining and deck with a WONDERFUL view. The kitchen is very well equipped including a variety of spices, welcome beverages and coffee as well as plenty of extra cabinet space for your own pantry items. The home is located on a quiet street with sidewalks and just around the corner from SeaMart which was another plus. It should be noted there is another residence on the property (which was not noted in the listing) but it is set back from the main house and by no means makes you feel like you are sharing a duplex. We did have parking problems a couple times but again this was handled immediately and with courtesy. It would be an easy fix to add signage for the VRBO guest parking. We truly loved our stay here and enjoyed having enough space to host meals for our family members that live in Sitka. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again and highly recommend it if you are lucky enough to be in Sitka! :) "
Comfy Duplex unit great for families and small groups, sleeps up to 9

"5 Fishermen visiting Sitka a few days prior to staying in a Lodge, needed a place to stay for 2 nights and this place fit our needs perfectly. Great kitchen for this cook and near new BBQ steps away, it was the perfect setup. Hiking trail system that connects Sitka is out the front door, very convenient. You'll need a rental car for this unit, but I'd recommend that for anyone visiting Sitka for a couple of days. I'd definitely recommend this unit, very friendly and helpful owners, great unit, "
"Forget-Me-Not Inn met my expectations and was a very comfortable location (if you have a car). It is not really walkable from downtown, but the Ride bus Red Line does have a station just a couple minutes away (walking) and runs once an hour. My only complaint is that I sent the manager two separate messages through the App with questions have not received a response to either of the messages. "

"Located one house away from a trailhead for the Sitka Cross Trail (near a waterfall), and comfortably appointed with all of the comforts of home. Very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our party of four. Also located close to the best of three grocery stores in Sitka (Sea Mart); we enjoyed cooking some of our meals in the house and packing lunch for our hike. If we're ever back in Sitka, we'd love to stay here again."
"We enjoyed the property and the location a lot! It was relaxing! We enjoyed the scenery from master bedroom and the living room. Also, the unit was very clean. We were there for a wedding and many guests who visited us said "wow!" Soon as the came in - that includes the Bride and the Groom. Next time I go to Sitka I would love to stay here if available! Or, I will recommend this place to my family and friends visiting Sitka!!!Besides the food that we bought, the host also had so many varieties of food items available in the closet for us to feel home.Great host - Enjoyed speaking with him! There were 2 minor issues (leaky warm water faucet and slow bathtub drainage) and a major issue (not enough hot water while taking showers) - things happen. But, soon as we mentioned to the host, the host immediately attended to the issues and fixed them."
