It has been renovated using entirely natural materials, has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: \- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, and stove \- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, and more \- A separate toilet First floor: \- A bedroom with one king-size bed (180×200) \- A bathroom with shower For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, dryer, fan. A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request. Outside: \- A 10 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days \- A secure bicycle storage room is at your disposal The house is ideally located in one of the small villages of Plouër-sur-Rance, in a peaceful, very pleasant environment, on the banks of the Rance and a 5-minute walk from the GR34 hiking trail. All essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and markets in Plouër, are just a 3-minute drive away. Activities: \- Discover the medieval town of Dinan, with its cobbled streets, ramparts, and picturesque port, a 10-minute drive away. \- Relax at the Plouër-sur-Rance slipway, a haven of peace with breathtaking views of the river, ideal for picnics, watching sailboats, and enjoying the tranquility of a preserved natural setting. \- Spend the day in Dinard or Saint-Briac for a swim at their famous beaches, a 20-minute drive away. \- Explore Saint-Malo, the pirate town, with its ramparts and maritime atmosphere. Parking: You can park in three free spaces right next to the accommodation. Free public parking is also available 25 meters away. An electric charging station is available on request, at an additional cost of €15 for a full charge. For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: \- Nearest train station: Gare de la Hisse, a 5-minute drive away. \- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne Airport, a 50-minute drive away.
