"This was a great property and a great location in Brooklyn. It was close to the public transportation we wanted to teach my son to use. The owner has updated the rooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted, so when were were exhausted, there it was for some light cooking, or quick breakfast. The bathroom has a cool and classic subway tile style. First rate. We're already considering another trip."

"Easy to find the key at the top of the stairs. Directions were clear. Can tell the folks are young. Dishwasher was still full, cleaning supplies left out. Happy we brought our slippers. "The idea of this place is amazing. Tidy apartment 2 blocks from the beach with parking. However nothing actually worked appropriately. The Internet was in and out at all times and therefore the slow smart tv also did not work. Trying to relax on the couch was a battle with the remote regressing and looking for network connection . Additionally for more than half the stay the shower was a drip and the toilet did not have water. We had to fill a bucket in order to pour into toilet in order for it...

"I stayed here with some friends over the weekend and I would highly recommend it. Neysa was great with communication, making our stay very easy. The interior of the space is beautiful, with a lot of helpful items added. The surrounding area has several stores and restaurants within walking distance, it is also very close to the train and Citi bike stations. We will definitely stay again in the future!"

"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"
