“Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.”

“There’s no proper door lock for safety, the property needs renovation. Every time we open the door created noise, you can hear every conversation at the hall way and from other room. A little expensive stay base on the condition of the property.”

I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. “The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained.
