“The room was very poorly designed and furnished. The bed was too short, not a normal length; there were no shelfs or drawers to put clothing into; the closet was so dark the safe was useless; the shower was difficult to use and caused a flood; and in general the room was unattractive and cold - very uninviting.”

“The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. There were also about a dozen ants inside the bathroom that I spotted. If anything, the bathroom can certainly be upgraded. The area around the property is very noisy with traffic. But if I would shut the bathroom window……

“Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.”

“Spacious room, though oddly shaped. It's beside a river or creek, so if it's warm or sunny, you can smell it (and it's not pleasant at all) when you open your window or go outside. Given the amenities and condition of the facilities, it seems a bit pricey for what you'd get. I'd still be okay to stay here again if needed but I think I could find another hotel with better value around the area.”

“The room was very good—clean, comfortable bedding, and spacious enough. A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house……
