“Terrible. Based on the reviews we initially saw, it appeared our stay may have been an anomaly. The host had messaged us through Expedia requesting our arrival time. I responded and never heard back. We arrived shortly after 3pm. The host was no where to be found, did not answer the phone, and the bell at the front desk had no use. “The staff is amazing! Our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected (1am) and we were able to still be picked up and checked in. We loved how helpful the staff was in arranging cars and telling us the must see spots on the island. One thing that was really cool, they have a basket full of beach accessories that you can use.”
