“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“The villa was the perfect size, spacious, clean, comfy. Well lit and the right temperature. Wish it had a hot tub or tub. ”

“We didn't use the swim park as the temperatures were a bit cold, but we did really like the unit and felt like the staff was friendly and helpful. We also found it a convenient place to stay close to Disney parks for the most part. ”
