El casco antiguo y cultural de Pollensa se encuentra a sólo 2 km de distancia y la playa a 5 km. La propiedad está totalmente equipada incluyendo WiFi que le permitirá disfrutar de una conexión a Internet mientras se relaja y disfruta de sus vacaciones. Al entrar en la villa de 150m2 hay una amplia cocina y sala de estar, donde algunos pasos que llevan a un mayor sala de estar / invernadero con acceso a los jardines y piscina. Hay tres dormitorios en total, el dormitorio principal con cama doble y cuarto de baño completo, y dos habitaciones dobles con baño compartido más completa. En el exterior se puede disfrutar de una comida relajante en la terraza cubierta. Wunderschönes, vollständig ausgestattetes Haus, welches vollkommen der Beschreibung entspricht, toller und auch tiefer Pool, ruhige Lage, aber dennoch in 5 min (mit dem wirklich notwendigen Mietwagen) im schicken Pollença... hier stimmte einfach alles. Dazu mit Francisco einen tollen, überhaupt nicht aufdringlichen, aber auch schnell antwortenden Gastgeber, durch den auch CheckIn und CheckOut herrlich unproblematisch vonstatten gingen. Wir waren Ende Februar in diesem großzügigen, sehr gut und schön ausgestatten Haus. Im großen Wintergarten mit Esstisch und Korbmöbeln haben wir uns am liebsten aufgehalten. Aufgrund des oft noch kühlen Wetters im Februar/März schätzten wir sehr, dass alle Räume über eine Zentralheizung beheizbar sind. My husband and I have been to Mallorca many times and like to stay in different places on the island. This villa was wonderful. Exceptionally clean, in a great location and in a quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors and lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The owner Fransisco was very helpful and friendly. Many thanks indeed. ##### Justyne N. January is a good time because everywhere is quiet and not crowded but there is still plenty to do and see. It is in a peaceful setting and the views from the roof terrace are spectacular. Several restaurants are open in the surrounding towns so there is a choice. The train from Sa Pobla to Palma is an easy and regular service. The Caves of Drach and Lluc monastery were lovely and not busy. We were lucky to have 7 sunny & warm days out of 9 and the conservatory on the villa remained warm and we only had the heating on for a short time on 2 evenings. The new TV & channels were a bonus as we prefer not to drive at night along the narrow roads surrounding the villa. All in all, a wonderful holiday to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Es waren sehr gemütliche Tage und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles zweckmäßig und heile, der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen wieder :)! ##### laszlo t. Es ist ein Stückchen von der Stadt entfernt und eignet sich hervorragend um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern einem Wohnesszimmer und einem Wintergarten. So ist es auch für verschiedene Jahreszeiten geeignet. Der zugehörige Pool wurde auch gerne genutzt und ist groß genug um ein paar Züge zu schwimmen. Pollenca ist ein paar Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt um verschiedene Strände zu erreichen, oder auch ins Gebirge zu fahren. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. ##### Natalie S.
