Upon entering, you step into a spacious living-dining area, which connects to a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities, providing maximum comfort during your stay. In this same area, there is a second lounge with satellite TV, international channels, and free WIFI.
The ground floor features the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a cozy lounge, and a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. The walls display pieces from a private art gallery, adding a special touch to the decor. From here, there’s access to the upper floor, which houses a large double room with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for both cooling and heating. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa’s air conditioning is set to operate in all units from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Historic Pollensa offers numerous quality restaurants and small cafés. The town, rich in history, reveals its charm on every corner. The Sunday market is particularly vibrant, with local produce like fruits, vegetables, nuts, and spices.
A 20-minute drive away, Puerto Pollensa offers a wide range of activities both on land and at sea. Its bay allows for various water sports; on the beach, you can relax or, for the more adventurous, rent windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, or enjoy water skiing and jet-skiing.
