Outside, a covered terrace, from where you can watch the little ones swimming in the pool, invites you to enjoy unforgettable dinners with family and friends, prepared on the barbecue for your best barbecues.
Inside, everything revolves around comfort.
You will find three comfortable rooms: two with double beds, one of them with a private bathroom and another with two single beds. A spacious living-dining room equipped with comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and an additional bathroom with a bathtub offer all the necessary comfort.
The villa is located on a quiet street in the neighborhood, accessible only to the few residents of the area, which ensures privacy and tranquility. Just two minutes by car from the iconic city of Pollensa, you can stroll through historic cobblestone streets, visit its famous art galleries, and enjoy local gastronomy in the town square.
