"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. "We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "
