“This was first time in the area, We had most wonderful stay at hodge podge lodge. The house was beautiful and sparking clean, well organized and have everything what we needed for stay. It located in nice neighborhood near soda spring ski resort. The house was warm and cozy , heater was good , wood stove was nice touch with plenty of firewood supplies. The bedroom was spacious and beds were comfortable. It was big plus to have easy in and out drive way to the house. We definitely recommend...

“Great house. Super clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub which leads directly to the bathroom and the kids loved the bunk room. Living room couches aren’t comfy, but it didn’t matter to us as we didn’t use them much. Overall a great stay and would return. ”

“We enjoyed our stay for a weekend in Incline Village. The place is very nice. It has a big kitchen and lots of communal space which was great for cooking, eating meals, and playing games. There are lots of places to sleep and plenty of towels and blankets for several guests. There’s a nice outdoor porch right on the golf course. It’s also in really close proximity to restaurants/groceries and the beaches. We had great communication with the owner, Kalen, who was very helpful and easy to reach....

“The Salty Bear Cabin is a charming rustic cabin with modern touches. The kitchen was fantastic, featuring high-quality pots and pans, along with all the essentials for cooking and cleaning. The living area was cozy, perfect for the three of us and our energetic dog. We had a blast in the hot tub. The only downside was the bathroom. With only one bathroom downstairs, it was a bit tricky when we had to use it in the middle of the night. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the cabin. ”

“Jason is an excellent host and was very responsive to questions and accommodating. Some of the appliances had issues, but it sounds like they will be being replaced. Overall we loved our time there and would likely return with a few small improvements. There are many very nice elements like a 2 car garage with an EV charger, very nicely decorated with stylish and comfortable furniture and a hot tub right off the living room.”

“Several girlfriends and I had a lovely stay. It was perfect for our group of 8 in the house. Nearly everyone has their own bed. The great room downstairs was perfect for eating together and all sitting on the sofa for chats. Will certainly consider this house again when in North Tahoe. ”

“Our family loved all the upgrades in this house. The kitchen was very nice and the appliances were all new. The bathrooms were clean and all plumbing fixtures were impressive. There was just this one room upstairs that I thought should have some curtains or window treatment for privacy. And a slight snag at check-in, because the snow removal vendor arrived later than the check-in time to shovel the snow from the porch. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay.”
