I loved the place but sevice wasnt so much, they forget about you some of the times, and the selling time share was a waste of our time and theyre very pushy, and when you say no to their time share sales they get upset like its mandatory for you to accept their offer.

The reservations for restaturants which serve dinner are possible only at least 2 days in advance. Therefore I coudn' t make reservation for the first 2 days, I was offered only 9 pm slots which is too late because of my kids. Quite disappointing.

The food was outstanding, with a variety of dining options that catered to both international and local tastes. Daniel our pool attendant was the best. He was amazing, super nice! Remembered us and was always so attentive to all our every need. Alejandro the manager at Hiroshi was also amazing! These guys make your place better. I really hope they are recognized because they made our stay one to remember!

The hotel was amazing we loved the view and the spaces. My kids were always happy to see the in-room snack bar stocked almost every day. They didn’t restock it the last 2 days and my kids were disappointed. The cleaning lady was very nice and she would always come check on us. The dining options weren’t great it’s almost impossible to make a reservation. One of the times I called concierge service to make a reservation I was told I could just show up and they would take us as walk in, we went to Blanca Blue to celebrate our 15yr anniversary with a nice dinner there and the ladies Lorena and the one that is always with her were rude and treated us with a very bad attitude when we told them we didn’t have a reservation, we were given a table but they just kept rolling their eyes and kept looking at us. Then we saw other this family that also didn’t have a reservation but just because they were Americans they were treated so much better and more welcoming. It was really disappointing to see that. I spoke to a lady at the pool about and she said they did the same thing to them several times. I am considering visiting Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta in the winter hopefully we won’t be treated like that again.

Wonderful property. Great service. The minute you check in- the concierge will push you for a 90 min marketing presentation and then the sales team will fry your brain for 4-5 hrs till you buy their membership. If you are stressed out and need a break, do not signup for this presentation to get $200 discounts.

This was our second time staying at Garza Blanca Cancun, and once again, everything was amazing. The first time we came for our babymoon, and now we returned with our 2-year-old — and he had an absolute blast! From the exceptional service to the delicious food, every detail exceeded our expectations. The staff is warm and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the quality throughout the resort is top-notch. We’ve made beautiful memories here as a couple and now as a family. Garza Blanca is everything you would hope for in a hotel resort! I highly recommend staying there. My only complaint is that the beach is not the best. The sand is white and beautiful, but the ocean has a lot of seaweed and is rocky.

Everything was great besides the beach, if I wanted to go swimming in the pool only I would choose another place, but I chose this place because it is beach front, but unfortunately it was impossible to swim, the beach was very rocky and dangerous, especially for my kids and the algae were not cleaned either, it was terrible.
