  • Modern home with bright with large windows, comfortable with plenty of seating. Open floor plan for good flow and good times.

    Located steps away from coffee, restaurants, bars and even grocers in the Alberta Arts District and minutes to downtown just over the 5, multiple buses a block or so away, airport just a 15 min drive away.

    Beds are all topped with memory foam for a good night's sleep for all. Awesome home base to explore Portland and beyond.

Immaculate accommodations, lovely furnishings, beautiful artwork lots of interesting books to read, comfortable beds,Lovely outdoor chairs and table, gorgeous flower beds with roses already! So close to what we wanted to do in Portland and so comfortable! We hope to reserve it again for our next trip to Portland. And did I mention the wonderful kitchen to work in furnished with all utensils needed to cook meals.

House was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is not a desirable place to walk to a meal, but the inside of the home was very nice. It’s actually 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which is a bit bigger than expected. Thank you for sharing the home, Laurent!

We had an amazing stay! The pictures do not do this place justice. Its beautiful, super cozy, clean and has everything you need. Highly recommend. Laurent is an amazing host. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay, Laurent!

Roomy Home

Nice home with restaurants within walking distance. The beds need better quality mattresses. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay.

Great, clean house with plenty of beds and baths

Laurent was wonderful with checking me in and out. House is near Alberta street with lots of food choices and coffee shops. Kitchen is well stocked but I didn’t use it much for cooking. Water pressure in the 2nd bath shower is a little weak compared to the master bathroom. Great host. Thanks for the great stay.

Communications with our host made things easy for check-in / out. This was a very comfortable property and a pleasant surprise that offered comfortable sleeping, bathroom, and anything you wanted to cook supplies. He had some coffee pods, and condiments available too. It was close to small grocery and 7/11 as well as a very close(.5mi. walk) to Alberta street of the Arts district shops and restaurants. Recommending the "Tin Shed"...Pine state bisquits(breakfast), numerous food pods.

Great spot for a group trip!

The place was lovely, and the host was very helpful! The home itself was very clean and comfortable, but perhaps slightly over priced for the location. The neighborhood was pleasant but not walkable to many places we wanted to visit. Several eateries nearby but expect to drive or ride-share a fair bit from this property. Other than that, no serious complaints about the home itself. It looked just like the photos and was very welcoming. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed this spot as our home base!

We've stayed at this property twice now, and we like it very much. It is conveniently located for our needs, and the beds are very comfortable. The A/C works well, which is a major benefit during Portland summers. The owner is also very responsive and helpful.The shower in the master bathroom is especially nice — it has excellent water pressure and gets hot quickly (something we have had trouble with at other rentals). The property is nicely decorated and feels very comfortable. It even has a KitchenAid stand mixer, which we used to make sourdough bread during our first stay.The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils, although it is missing some basic ingredients such as spices. Coffee is provided, which was appreciated. The dining table seats six, and there is additional seating at two kitchen bars, which was another feature we enjoyed.We did not have a chance to use it, but there is also a lovely shaded back patio area. Overall, this has been a great place to stay, and we would happily return.

Beautiful place, great kitchen for cooking dinner for family. Bedrooms where really comfortable. We had 7 people, just a great place. Hghly recommend.

Our host, Laurent, was VERY responsive when we had questions. Our place was clean and in a very walkable neighborhood (French pastries! Natural foods groceries! Excellent pizza! Even an exceptional fabric store…)We would happy stay there again.
