The living room has an open floor plan and a sofa bed. It also has a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge, enjoy the fresh air, and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. Please note there is a fan available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.
For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Bonfim is one of the best neighbourhoods to stay in Porto. It is a neighbourhood with an exciting blend of tourists, art students, and hipsters. It still has many traditional stores mixed up with speciality coffee shops, craft beer pubs and new concept stores.
When in Bonfim, guests must visit some central points, such as the Church of The Lord of Bonfim, Cemitério Prado do Repouso and Jardim Marques de Oliveira. Bonfim is a quietly confident neighbourhood: it's not full of must-sees, but it's a sleepy, authentic part of Porto where locals have lived their whole lives. If you want to escape the expensive restaurants of varying quality in busy Baixa, head to Bonfim to eat at neighbourhood cafes and snack bars for a couple of Euros.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest subway station, 24 de Agosto, is just a 10-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
