A delightful 1-bedroom apartment comes with a nice living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a table and seats for 2.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linen upon arrival, a large mirror and a ceiling fan.

There's a nicely equipped kitchenette, with the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Please note that the stovetop is currently unavailable.

The available bathroom has walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror: fresh towels and free toiletries, for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised. Enjoy your stay!

Note: The bathroom is rather small. However, I believe that these aspects contribute to the cosy and intimate atmosphere of the flat, and I'm sure you'll find it charming despite these considerations.

You may experience some noise as the flat is in the downtown bar area near the Ribeira. The flat is on the 4th floor, without a lift.

The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Ribeira is one of the most ancient and typical sites of Porto and is part of the historic city center, which is classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

It is a medieval origin area, along the Douro river, just by the Dom Luiz Bridge's lower level and became, nowadays, full of vibrant cafés and restaurants, catering to tourist passing through this slice of old Porto.

The typical Rabelo Boats (wooden sailing vessels) are moored along the riverside and it is a pleasure to walk around, as there are splendid views, across the Douro, to the southern bank (Vila Nova de Gaia).

Tasting a typical Portuguese delicious meal, at one of the Ribeira's restaurants lively terraces will be a pleasure, after which you'll be more than likely to cross the historical bridge and go tasting some Port wine, in one of the local cellars!

Our guests will be delighted to have so much to do and see right next door and there are also lots of other Porto spots only a step away!

Porto Airport is 30 minutes away, by car or around 50 minutes with the metro - the closest metro stop is S.Bento, only 500m away.
All the Ribeira area is to be done on foot, as everything is so close to home but, apart from the metro option, there are also bus stops nearby, one of those taking you to Matosinhos beach, which is a must do!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Please keep in mind that although it is a very cozy and comfortable place to stay the property is located in a noisy area
