Very cozy, in a quiet area but still close to everything that Portsmouth has to offer. The staff easily accommodated a late check-in and were overall very pleasant. Would stay again.

I would suggest that they upgrade to elevators. Walkin up those small steps /stairs with your luggage was inconvenient. The locks on the door were outdated and hard to open. But it seems safe. Clean room, comfy bed and fresh towels was available. The hotel room was just like in the picture .

The Administrative staff, hospitality personnel and taxi driver Mr Wallace were friendly and excellent. The restaurant food was tasty. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable; however, the property requires some maintenance as outside our balcony there was stagnant water that resulted in sandflies and mosquitoes. Other than that, our 6 days stay was great!! Will recommend.

The rooms were really big, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. Minor inconveniences were addressed timely. The kitchenette was a nice touch to the room. Inclusion of a lift and planned exterior upgrades will better position this facility. A great experience altogether.

I wish I'd had more than one night to relax at this little gem of a hotel on a little gem of an island nation. The hotel arranged a taxi from DOM airport, and I was welcomed warmly and thoughtfully upon arrival. My particular needs were met with great care. My room, really a suite, was well appointed and included a fully stocked kitchen. Everyone on staff was polite and accommodating. I had a late lunch at the hotel's restaurant. My meal was good, but the heat in the no-AC dining room and the constant need to shoo away flies made it a somewhat uncomfortable experience. This was the only downside, and it did not put any sort of damper on my stay. I look forward to returning if life takes me back to Dominica.

This hotel is situated between Portsmouth and Picard Beach. The beach is accessible from only a five minute walk away. The hotel itself is really clean and the Asian restaurant on the ground floor is great. Next door, the Infinity restaurant right beside the little river is an excellent place for a meal. Great place to stay!

Steven, his wife, and staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our whole stay. We highly recommend staying at the hotel which is a short walk from the diving center, a couple of restaurant options and 15-20 minutes (walk) from Portsmouth proper

I had a lovely time staying at this resort. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and caring. The room was lovely and was decorated very beautifully for our anniversary, which was really grateful. The only issues which wasnt major for us was that the knob to turn on and off the shower kept falling off but that was the least, everything else was excellent and we had a lovely time.

Suites are nice. Furniture is comfortable. Good air conditioning. Nice restaurants in the area. Not particularly easy to access the beach or get groceries. Having to climb three flights of steep stairs to get to our room should have been mentioned in the advertisement.

Very basic in a bad location

Basic hotel in quite a bad location. Lots of noise from construction work nearby and absolutely nothing going on in this area. The nearby area near the beach is full of old trash. Hotel room was nice even though everything is written in Chinese.

The major problem with this Hotel is that there were no directions on how to get hot water in the shower, how to reset the combination on the safe in the room, how to work the two controls on the TV. A staff member tried to demonstrate how to use the safe but even that was incorrect. The security on my end room was a little suspect in that the key lock was for the open patio. The sliding doors to the inside of the room did have a somewhat flimsy lock. I guess no one could get on the roof except with some effort
