The water did not come back before our check out the next morning. I booked a room with breakfast but was told at the restaurant that my room did not include breakfast. I went to the reception desk and they added the free breakfast to our room but at the same time they also told us that the shuttle to the airport was not available and that they could call me a cab but it would not be covered by the hotel. I only booked this hotel because it offered the breakfast and the shuttle. I ended up with a room with no running water, having to asks for breakfast and pay for a uber. Ours is on the fourth floor facing the santa justa elevator...very nice. The hotel is located at a convenient place with easy access to Rossio and Baixa-Chiado metro stations as well as Rossio train station. There are so many nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Re. facilities, there was no kettle in the room so we asked for one so that we could make tea ourselves. There were 4 coffee pods provided for the entire stay as they were not replenished after consumption. The same applied to the bottle water. The hotel could well be more generated on these fronts. Members of staff at the reception were polite and helpful. Shame that the lobby of the hotel is so small. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and so could not comment on this."
