"Beautiful hotel with the best customer service! The front desk staff are so cheerful and kind. We were picked up at the train station in a Range Rover. We received a room upgrade and it was beautiful! The complementary breakfast was very good"

"I really enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I stayed 2 nights in the single twin room and felt it was the perfect size and a great deal for one person. The bathroom was a little small but not a big deal for a couple nights. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great."

"The positives Really great location for the station and downtown Nice room with lots of useful amenities including a washing machine The negatives Not easy to find and is not known on Apple Maps (try Google Maps) The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. This is not a bad review, with some small changes this could be the absolute best hotel for the Bernina Express"
