“when arrived at the property with my 2 young children. there would not accommodate the room i had booked due to booking via expeida. The manager was not happy with what i had paid. he mentioned that there were having trouble with expeida and was not getting paid from them. i explained i had booked via them and have paid. i was shower a double bed room when i had paid for a family room. when threatened them saying i’m calling the police. i was then given another room which still was not family.tv……

“It took me more than 30-40 minutes before i can be in touch with the person in charge and know the unit. It turns out its an apartment, so its an airbnb. The bathroom is dirty, no soap shampoo nor hot water. The pillow case looks dirty. The apt is not well kept. Had to ask the PIC re wifi pw. I booked with a buffett breakfast but when i called PIC says breakfast not included. I checked out at 9:30 am on the day of check out put the key back into the locker and one day later i got news from……

“Did not let us stay there because he was from America and the hotel sid not have a D form to allow visitors from America to stay there I had no idea he was there on a visa is an American citizen so we had to stay with friends ”

“This hotel is excellent value for money. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms were Impressive, breakfast was simple but nice. Only flaw was there is no fridges in rooms. Staff were lovely & respectful. Variety for food was amazing in the local area.”
