“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin just outside Yosemite! It was incredibly comfortable and perfectly family-friendly, with the game room downstairs being a huge hit for our kids. My family also enjoyed the amenities of the community such as direct lake access and playing on the pickleball courts. The location is ideal for day trips into the park while enjoying peaceful evenings in nature. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a memorable getaway!”

“The place was basically clean except the windows and sliding door tracks. The toilet seats are loose and unsafe. The towels are THIN. The deck furniture is busted apart and just left. The woodpeckers have destroyed the exterior window frames. The decks are in dire need of stain. A couple of the mattresses are terrible. ”

“Great place to stay. Had everything we needed and more. Only complaint we had were the pillows as they all seemed to be very flat. Having 2 bathrooms were great and the showers were both good. Very family friendly if you have kids. Host very easy to work with and communication was great.”

“My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine.……

“We stayed at this Groveland cabin for three nights while visiting Yosemite, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, from cookware to condiments, which made meal prep effortless. A highlight for the kids was the variety of board games, perfect for winding down in the evenings. The check‑in process was seamless, and the host Debi and Vineet were responsive and helpful from……

“The house was not clean by basic standards. The garage smelled like smoke when we arrived and opened the door. We found an extinguished cigarette poised on the washer that had burned down and a pile of unwashed bedding was on the ground under a very dirty sink. Inside, the fridge was filthy, clean and dirty dishes were in the dishwasher, the coffee pot was really gross and there were 21 nails laying on the stairs. But the worst was the stove cooktop covered in thick, visible grease. The location……
