Literally 50 steps away from Sandy Beach right out the sliding back door. Great place to stay. Great host.

This place has everything you want in a beachfront condo. Its well appointed, comfortable, clean, and the fact that its on the ground floor makes it very accessible. I would visit again if i could.

Outstanding Condo

Everything about the condo is great. Layout, location, condition, furnishings, etc. The best of everything from the pool to the beach. We only stayed a few nights but now wishing we stayed longer. Hope to return soon.

My family just got back from a 3 night stay and the condo was perfect! Everything from the small appliances to the bedding were great quality. The views are amazing and the pool and beach are just steps away. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had an awesome stay. Check in was super easy staff is all super friendly. The property was as described . Beds were very comfortable. Being on ground level is a plusAll in all was a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked but no tea towels not sure if this was an oversight or they just dont provide.Also there was no cleaning products

This is a fantastic unit, clean, with all the amenities. The host was responsive and helpful. The floor location was spectacular as we felt we had immediate access to the pool and beach. Ten Stars!!!

Great location. We were able to cook in the condo. Loved that condo had a griddle which made it easy to cook pancakes for the kids. Wish it had a Kurig vs a regular coffee pot since I'm the only one that drinks coffee in the family. =)

Great first trip to Rocky Point

Host was very responsive and offered to answer any questions. Condo was well stocked... kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, etc. It took a little while to find our reservation at the front desk but no big deal. We arrived early and at first they didn't think the room was ready but called housekeeping and it was ready so we were able to access the room several hours before the check in time. Beach and pool were great. Recommend getting a pina colada at the bar in the restaurant. Great way to start the trip!
