While hotel facilities are NOT accessible/included with your rental, you can buy ALL INCLUSIVE PASSES per day per person, to have access to Sunscape facilities plus UNLIMITED food, drinks, shows, pools, beach, etc.

Public Beach access is just one block away, and we provide everything you need for a perfect beach day—chairs, umbrella, mat, towels, etc.

Right next to the building is the newest Puerto Vallarta shopping mall "LA ISLA" with many restaurants and shops, in front is a Food Truck Park with coffee shops, bars and food; super markets as well are few blocks away.

We do NOT have parking, but everything you may need is walking distance or a quick uber drive, so better to not be worries about fines and were to park
