Foxi "e Sali beach is just 800 meters away. The residence is in a quiet and private location and features a saltwater swimming pool with a large sun terrace, a bar, and a spacious relaxation area. The residence is 3 km from Pula and about 40 km from Cagliari port and airport. A golf course and a riding stable are nearby. The apartments are arranged in a semicircle around the pool and are available on the ground floor with a terrace or on the first floor with a balcony, both equipped with a table and chairs. All apartments overlook the park. The swimming pool with children's area is open from April 13th to October 25th, weather permitting. Notes: The tourist tax is payable in cash on site. FINAL CLEANING (per apartment): Included. Kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the guest or for an additional fee of €50.00. WiFi only on the balcony or patio. TRANSFER: Upon request.
